Common questions
I can't sign in
Daycare owners and staff sign in with their email, a one-time code, then their 6-digit PIN. Forgot your PIN? On the PIN screen tap "Reset it with an email code". Parents sign in with the email their daycare has on file.
How do I turn on Face ID or fingerprint sign-in?
In the app, on the sign-in or PIN screen, turn on "Log in with Face ID" and sign in once. You can turn it off any time at the bottom of your dashboard under Account and security.
I'm not getting notifications
Open your phone's Settings → Notifications → America DayCare and make sure notifications are allowed, then open the app and sign in once.
How do I delete my account?
In the app: Dashboard → Account and security → Delete my account. Or use our account deletion page.
My daycare isn't in Texas
