Delete your account
Option 1 · From inside the app
Open the app, go to Settings → Account → Delete account, and confirm.
Option 2 · By request
Email us from the address on your account with the subject "Delete my account".
What is deleted
- Your login, profile, phone number, push-notification registrations and parent or staff links.
- For a daycare owner closing the daycare's account: all of the daycare's records, after you export what you need.
What may be kept, and for how long
- Children's records belong to the daycare provider and are kept or deleted according to the provider's licensing obligations.
- Invoices and payment records are kept as required by tax and accounting law, up to 7 years.
Timing
We confirm by email and complete deletion within 30 days. Backup copies expire on a rolling schedule after that.
